This is pretty great; the lighting and camera angle especially make this look fantastic, and then, of course, the quality of the model tops it off very well.
On a side note, I'm curious, what program(s) did you use to make this?

Thanks, the angle was done by accident when I was fixing a pose problem hehehe. I use 3dmax + Vray. And I used Realflow to simulate the blood
